Collectibles Are Not Guaranteed Investments: The value of collectible coins, currency, and related items can go up or down. We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that any item purchased will increase in value. You buy items for their historical, aesthetic, or personal collecting value, and you should always be aware that you are buying for the hobby, not as a guaranteed investment.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to disable or terminate user accounts without notice if you violate these terms (e.g., unlawful behavior, hate speech, spam, bullying, etc.).

Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your new numismatic additions. If you're not, here is our simple policy.

Terms of Return: You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
State of Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the exact same condition as when you received it. This means any slabs (PCGS/NGC), original packaging, or tamper-proof holders must be intact and unopened. If the item has been altered, damaged, or removed from its protective packaging (if applicable), we cannot accept the return.
Reasons for Return: We accept returns if the item is damaged in transit, the wrong product was sent, or if you have simply changed your mind.

Contact Us First: Please send an email to beon.coins@gmail.com or use our website's contact form within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide Details: In your email, include your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Wait for Authorization: We will reply with return shipping instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Do not send the item back until you have this number.

Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item). We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for your protection.
Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition is unchanged, we will process your refund.
Refund Duration: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within [5-7 business days] of receiving and approving the returned item. Processing time may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
